The recipe above is from Ian, and here is what he suggests: This Hazy IPA recipe I called New Zipper last time because it had a bunch of NZ hops, but I think it would work really well with the 'Ales for ALS' hops substituted at 2/3 of the amounts, because they average 14+ AA.
Also 2-row would be fine in place of the Maris Otter pale ale malt. And SO-4 or US-05 Yeast would work fine too, or a Kveik.
