About the Event
Siciliano’s Market are again sponsoring this and generously providing the ingredients for a 5-gallon brew for each registered team. Trail Point will provide the space, water and recipe. Visitors are very welcome if you don't have equipment or just want to check out how others brew.

Good afternoon! Siciliano's has chosen a recipe which we are all extremely excited about and it is a Red Rye IPA! Below are some notes from Jeff on why this recipe was chosen. Trail Point plans to have this beer on tap for the event as well. Please reach out with any questions!:
"Please find the recipe for Big Brew Day 2023. This beer is a fun style and we are excited for the local clubs to take a swing at it. The recipe uses a dry English strain from AEB but a SafAle S-04 would do the trick.The unique aspect of this particular beer is that we are pairing up with MSU Extension to promote awareness of Invasive Species in the Great Lakes and Michigan watersheds. We are planning to package this beer and launch it in cans on June 24th during our Hazy Daze of Summer Party. The unofficial/official beer name will be Red Swamp IPA/Rye.
