Michigan Homebrew Festival

August 18-21 at Camp Agawam, Lake Orion, ~ 10 miles N of Pontiac (2-12 hrs from Grand Rapids)

No cost for clubs

All attendees must pay for membership and/or campsite (open pick)

Four or five tents around 1 site

Approx. 25 clubs set up tents, jockey boxes etc. in the ‘club loop’ in ‘Fort Pontiac’

Shower & Toilets

Club sites are free, whether just for a day or the whole weekend. Just need to register on the MHF website.

All club members are required to purchase camping sites and/or MHF memberships. No memberships will be provided with the free club sites.

Camping costs $110 per site (again, whether one night or the whole weekend), including 1 guest membership. Additional guest memberships as below:

There’s a shower and toilet block, and primitive toilets in the camping areas.

Friday & Saturday are the main days with clubs serving beer, cider, mead etc. throughout.

Friday night there’s a pot luck dinner - or cook your own.

Saturday morning a ‘Bloody Mary bar’ - pretty amazing

Saturday night - the MI Beer Cup awards, big party atmosphere.

Music at all hours 

Wrap up and haul out Sunday morning.
