Food and Beer Pairing Dinner Edition.
I know, I know. We always do this in June. Not this time. Barley Harvest and all that.
Thornapple Brewing Company has graciously offered to host us in their new Banquet Facility.
Bring a dish to pass. To be considered in the monthly competition, your dish must be paired or prepared with your homebrew, cider, or mead. All styles and foods allowed. Please bring enough of your brew to share tastes too. If you don't want to compete, but still have a passion for cooking, please bring your favorite dish to share and impress the crowd. This event is always fun to see the range of creative and delicious dishes the memberships brings.
